How to acquire a free Padro, yes a FREE Padro.
- For Newbies your first Import during Import season is free!
- By obtaining breeding slots from KimboKah's horses
- By completing the Draw My Padro Get A Padro challenge.
During Import Season Padro's are available for Art or Points! Please note that the Available Imports folder is only filled up during Import season which usually happens once or twice a year.
By Breeding!
A few breeding rules:
- A Padro has 8-14 breeding spots. When you decide to use one of these slots, mark it down on the horse's ref sheet.
- If your Padro import was free to claim, you may not sell breeding spots for more than 50
- Horses MUST be registered before they can breed.
- Padro can ONLY breed to other Padros.
- When you want to breed Padros, you must notify the group by sending a note with sire and dam of the future foal. When all of the above rules are abided, an admin will then give you two possible genotypes, an ID number, breeding spots and rare points for the foal. Optionally, you can choose if you want one of the Padro admins to design the foal for you. In return, the admin may want to have a spot to the designed foal.
Last but not least! Customs!!
To get a custom Padro you must either send a note to the group or send a note to the Admin of your choice. Open Admins are located on the front page of the group!

HOW TO REGISTER?
Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a Padro Horse!
Now what do I do? Well I register it of course! Registrations usually have a 30 day window to be completed. Owner may ask for an extension BEFORE the due date.
Step 1: Draw your horse a pretty ref. This can be a headshot or a fullybody it does not matter. It may NOT be a pixel. It has to be big enough for us to be able to tell that said horse is actually said horse. It must also be coloured. Grayscale refs are not accepted.
Step 2: Upload your horse and fill out the following information:
We are going to use Curios here as an example;
Deviation name must be along the lines of N8423 HTS Curios - Essentially it is; # Name

But you might ask.. what if my horse is a multiple insane generation horse?
Here are a couple different ways to do the lineage:
For a short lined horse, please keep in mind ancestors must be listed in a lineage table up to 4th generation. Afterwards you may create a starter list so you do not need to list out every horse. This way we can ensure there is no inbreeding.
-- You do not need working links for starter horses listed beyond 4th generation.
-- You do not need sire/dam indication (ex: SSDD, SSDDSDS etc) for starter horses listed beyond 4th generation. Only name and ID number are required.
But how do I know how many starters are in the lineage?
1st generation horses: starter horse has no parents
2nd generation horses: maximal 2 starter horses in lineage
3rd generation horses: maximal 4 starter horses in lineage
4th generation horses: maximal 8 starter horses in lineage
5th generation horses: maximal 16 starter horses in lineage (and so on)

WHAT HAPPENS IF A HORSE IS NOT REGISTERED?
If one of the following things happen the group will reclaim a horse:
horse was not registered before the deadline. horse was sold but not re-registered before the deadline current reference was deleted (automatically forfeits all rights of ownership) when an account has been inactive for a year if a person ends up getting blocked from the group by showing extremely bad behaviour towards members and admins account has been deleted and not reactivated in over 24 hours.Reclaim procedure differs based on certain things:
The horse was designed by an admin who is not the owner:In that case we will comment on the design, asking whether the designer wants to claim the horse. If they agree, normal registration starts for them.
If they don't want the horse, it will go into a reclaim raffle held at a later date.
The horse was designed by the owner or another memberThe design will be either redone or if the owner wishes, for us to rehome their design.
Otherwise most of the time the horse will be redesigned and the owner can keep their original design as a non padro horse. Horse will be rehomed in a raffle.

over that price.When you've sold a horse, please note the group about the new owner. In return, an admin will give you a new registration deadline for the new owner.
If you've bought a horse from somebody, you are allowed to change the Padro's name to your own wishes.
Please note that Padro Horses cannot be sold for USD or any other real life currency. This is done to ensure that Padros remain affordable and fun for everyone.
